Building concepts

Two building models, including elevations, sections and floor plans for each concept.

3D visualisation

One visualisation to communicate the overall appearance and character of the project.

3D design models

3D models supporting preliminary cost estimation and further project development.

Terrain model

Terrain model with property boundaries and elevation contours, based on available survey data.

Project files

PDF and DWG drawings together with the completed 3D models.

Design revisions

Two rounds of revisions based on consolidated client feedback.
